about

ECB operates within the physical fuel market alongside active trading flows, ARA (Amsterdam–Rotterdam–Antwerp) and ASWP (Any Safe World Port), with a primary focus on Rotterdam, Houston, Jurong, and Fujairah.

The company’s role is positioned on the downstream side of transactions, engaging where supply participation, storage positioning, and downstream offtake are already aligning toward execution.

ARA remains the core focus due to its role as a central hub for refined product movement, where storage infrastructure, blending capability, and re-export dynamics directly influence whether transactions can be executed.

Domestic activity is aligned with US supply and offtake environments across ULSD, gasoline, and CNG, where lifting capability and distribution networks are already in place and operating.

Overview

What We Do

ECB engages in transactions that are grounded in real terminal and logistical systems.

Activity is focused on execution conditions, including:

  • Supply-side participation within active trading environments
  • Terminal storage positioning within ARA and ASWP infrastructure
  • Inspection readiness (SGS or equivalent) aligned with lifting
  • Logistical structure supporting physical movement

Engagement occurs where these elements are already present or actively converging, with priority placed on execution viability over theoretical availability.

Our Positioning

ECB Inc does not operate as a traditional intermediary.

The company operates alongside supply-side flow, engaging in transactions where the core components — supply, storage, and offtake — are already positioned for execution.

Focus remains on participation within structures that can move through established infrastructure, rather than introducing or coordinating transactional elements.

Our Approach

The approach is execution-driven and selective:

  • Engagement occurs within defined execution conditions
  • Alignment is observed within existing transaction structures
  • Verification is inherent to progression through terminal and inspection systems

Priority is given to transactions that are repeatable and capable of scaling within real-world logistical and storage frameworks.

What We DO NOT Do

ECB does not engage in:

  • Multi-layered intermediary chains
  • Unverified or non-performable allocations
  • Transaction structures lacking logistical or terminal grounding

All activity remains focused on transactions that are capable of physical execution within existing market infrastructure.
